Accountant

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage family account records and back-office accounting operations with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
  • Handle family / personal account bookkeeping
  • Record daily transactions, payments, and receipts
  • Manage expense tracking, income statements, and reconciliations
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and basic reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with management on financial clarifications when required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Prior experience handling family or personal accounts is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy, well-organized, and reliable
