Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and follow-ups.
- Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Monitor and process expense claims, petty cash, and employee reimbursements.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure correct deductions and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., sales tax, withholding tax).
- Maintain and reconcile inventory and fixed asset records.
- Prepare and maintain financial documentation and filing systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter preferred).
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
