Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
