Insurance Producer (Sales) — Sara Colangelo Insurance Agency Inc.
As an Insurance Producer with Sara Colangelo Insurance Agency Inc., you’ll be responsible for bringing in new business and helping customers find the right coverage for their needs. You’ll build relationships, offer guidance, and work closely with the agency team to make sure clients have a smooth experience from the first conversation through policy setup and service.

In addition to selling, you’ll support the agency’s growth by actively generating leads, following up consistently, and staying engaged with customers to help them review coverage and make updates when life changes.

What you’ll do

Prospect and generate leads through phone, networking, referrals, and community outreach
Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand coverage needs
Present coverage options and recommend policies that fit customer goals
Work with the team to ensure policies are properly processed and documented
Build long-term customer relationships through ongoing check-ins and service support
Meet established sales/production expectations and activity goals

What we’re looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A sales-minded, driven attitude with the ability to build relationships
Comfort with prospecting, follow-ups, and achieving goals
Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management
Insurance experience preferred (but we’re open to the right candidate who is coachable)
