Since their in the business of growth, they're looking for an Account Supervisor to lead a portfolio of key accounts and drive both performance and expansion. This person will be ultimately responsible for the strategic direction, health, and growth of a defined book of business. Accounts may be solely managed by the Account Supervisor or led strategically while partnering with Account Executives who manage day-to-day execution. This role includes team leadership and management responsibilities, overseeing up to five direct reports within a pod structure. The ideal candidate is a confident strategist, trusted client partner, strong communicator, and empowering leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven marketing environment.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the senior strategic lead for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between client objectives and agency execution.
- Lead and own overall account health, retention, satisfaction, and growth targets.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning initiatives, identifying opportunities for expansion and improved performance.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of each client’s business, competitive landscape, and marketing strategy.
- Provide executive-level guidance during client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews.
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
Financial & Performance Oversight
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and billing accuracy across assigned accounts – bearing responsibility for the overall profitability and financial health of the account.
- Ensure marketing plans are structured to meet performance goals while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor KPIs and collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize performance.
- Ensure scopes of work are maintained and expanded appropriately.
Team Leadership & Management
- Directly manage and mentor up to five (Senior) Account Executives and/or Coordinators.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development guidance.
- Ensure pod-team structure operates efficiently and collaboratively.
- Step in to support escalations, problem-solving, and high-level client communications when needed.
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative, Web, Social, and Media teams to ensure strategy is clearly communicated and executed flawlessly.
- Maintain visibility across all projects to anticipate risks and remove roadblocks.
- Elevate the quality of work across all marketing channels.
- Maintain a sense of humor. They like to laugh.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- BS or BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications (or related field) preferred.
- 7–10+ years of experience in a marketing or agency environment.
- Experience in Healthcare and/or Food & Beverage preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts with revenue responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading and mentoring team members.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent presentation and executive-level communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgets, scopes, and profitability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently lead through change.

- Travel may be required on a per-client-needed basis and to/from our offices in Louisville and Lexington.
