This role is crucial to ensuring our financial processes run smoothly and that our operations adhere to all local legal requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the timely collection of payments from customers while maintaining positive client relationships.Monitor and follow up on registration processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations and ensure company activities are in full compliance.Prepare and maintain accurate financial and administrative records related to collections and registration.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline compliance procedures and improve efficiency.Escalate issues to management, when necessary, particularly in cases of delayed payments or regulatoryInterpersonal SkillsClear communicationArabic is mandatoryActive listening and understanding of the business needs and requirementsTeam collaboration internally and externallyProblem solvingAttention to detailData and record managementCompliance and Policy AdherenceRelationship building with the employees and customersQualificationsDegree in FinanceArabic language is mandatory2-3 years of relevant experience required Microsoft 365 skills are essentialProven experience in collections, compliance, or administrative coordination.
