Position: Customer Service Agent

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 + Commission (up to AED 3,000 per month based on performance)

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to handle client interactions and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in meal plan companies and possess strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Upsell and cross-sell meal plans and related services.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams regarding client orders and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience in a meal plan company is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in upselling and cross-selling.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in handling customer communication channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
