Job Description: Accountancy Lecturer (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

The institution is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Accountancy Lecturers with 2–3 years of teaching experience to support academic delivery across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate can simplify accounting concepts, build strong conceptual foundations, and create an engaging learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach PUC‑level Accountancy as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured, high‑quality classroom instruction.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
• Track student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support academic initiatives, examinations, and departmental responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive, student‑centered learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related discipline (M.Com preferred).
• 2–3 years of teaching experience at PU/UG level.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and core commerce concepts.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and guide students effectively.
