Financial Accounting Trainer (Part-Time)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Financial Accounting Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training programs. The trainer will be responsible for simplifying accounting concepts and enabling learners to apply financial accounting principles confidently in real-world business and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Financial Accounting training for students, professionals, and corporate clients.
- Teach core accounting concepts including journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and final accounts.
- Explain financial statements such as the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Train learners on accounting standards, principles, and compliance basics.
- Provide practical examples, exercises, and case studies.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, tests, and discussions.
- Customize content based on learner levels and industry requirements.
- Maintain training quality and adhere to institutional standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Financial Accounting.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or corporate facilitation is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to non-finance professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Training or facilitation certifications (added advantage)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR50.00 per week
