Job Summary

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial auditing, and VAT & Tax compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting audit and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT returns and compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate records.
• Support management with financial analysis and reports for decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in UAE (preferably in auditing and VAT & Tax).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax framework.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience in an auditing or consulting firm.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards.
• UAE Driving License (optional).
