Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (Real Estate Experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi, (Mussaffah)
Salary: AED 1,300-1,800 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with prior experience in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting management with financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare reconciliations and financial statements.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Pact Accounting Software is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 1,300-1,800 per month
