Accountant

• Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and control accounts.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• VAT Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations by preparing and filing VAT returns accurately and on time.
• Cost Analysis: Collaborate with production teams to analyze manufacturing costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• ERP System Utilization: Utilize ERP software for data entry, financial reporting, and process automation.
• Payroll Processing: Process employee salaries and benefits in coordination with HR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
