1. Financial Reporting & Close Management

 Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows).  Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

2. General Ledger & Account Reconciling

 Maintain and reconcile general ledger, sub-ledgers, AR/AP, payroll, and bank accounts.

3. Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting

 Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost-efficiency.

 Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

4. Compliance, Tax & Audit Support

 The candidate should have experience in filing GST and TDS return

 Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

 Coordinate internal/external audits, prepare schedules, and liaise with auditors.

 Prepare tax filings and support tax-related tasks.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvements

 Design and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and data integrity.

 Identify inefficiencies and implement accounting system/process enhancements.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Mentor and review junior accountants’ work; delegating appropriately.

 Work with other departments (e.g., finance, treasury) to support broader finance initiatives.

Qualification:

 Graduation – B.com

 4 years of experience (minimum) – experience in CA Firm preferable

Required Skills:

 Comfortable using accounting software: Tally (must)

 Proficient with Excel - spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, V.Lookup (Must)  Good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Tally: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
