Accountant

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced (Min 3 years)Accountant to manage all financial transactions and reporting. This role is essential to the company's financial health, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all fiscal operations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Prepare, analyze, and publish timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and general ledger functions. Reconcile bank and credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring and analyzing variances.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations (e.g., GAAP) and tax laws. Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and reinforce financial data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA
• Experience: Proven work experience as an Accountant
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software
• Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, regulations, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
