Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in jewellery/retail industry).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Auditing.
• Experience in handling accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Familiarity with jewellery industry accounting (stock valuation, wastage, hallmarking charges, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and P&L accounts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, expenses).
• Handle GST filing, TDS, income tax returns, and compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and support statutory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records (gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, etc.).
• Monitor vendor payments, customer ledgers, and outstanding balances.
• Assist in costing, pricing, and financial planning for jewellery items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial statements.
