Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support budgeting and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be analytical, well-organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
• Utilize Zoho Books for invoicing, expense tracking, Inventory tracking, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Manage all day-to-day accounting operations within Zoho Books, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor and manage cash flow.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
