Experience required - Min 2-5 year as Accountant with the knowledge of Tally, Accounting, return filling like TDS, GST, PF etc.

Location - Nagpur

Note :- Candidate experience in hospital accounting and billing will preferred

Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare journal entries.
Complete general ledger operations.
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

Managing accounts using Tally Software

Reconcile and maintain balance sheet account

Submitting GST, sales Tax, Pf, Returns.

Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.
Account/bank reconciliations.
Review and process expense reports.
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Manage daily bank balances
Accounting system conversion experience
Process stop pays, check inquiries, positive pay and manual check requests
Ensure adequate supply of checks and order/re-order check stock as needed.
Respond to requests for information from internal and external sources
Assists with audit compliance
draw up monthly financial reports.
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
Assist with year end closings.
Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare tax computations and returns.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Assist with payroll administration.
