Accountant

Here at Home and Away it's an 18-year-old established technical company based in Abu Dhabi looking for an inhouse accountant

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices .
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Process supplier and vendor payments in line with company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of billing, credit notes, and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with UAE FTA requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to verify supporting documents for billing and collections.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents for audit purposes.
• Assist senior accountant/finance manager in preparing financial reports as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
