Accountant

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our company’s financial records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
• Handle QuickBooks accounting software for all financial transactions and reporting
• Process VAT submissions, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Coordinate with external auditors and support internal audits
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial standards
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain financial documentation and filing systems
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (experience in construction/interior fit-out industry is a plus)
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
• Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
