Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant (Experienced) who has experience in an Accounting Firm or related to a Financial Consultancy Firm.

Note: Candidates should have experience as an Accountant for 2-3 Years.

Position: ACCOUNTANT

Full Job Description - Job Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Create and update expense reports.
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Must have more than 2-3 years of experience in the accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with finance regulations
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Tally, SAP)
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
