Key Responsibilities -
- Financial Record Management:
- Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts periodically.
- Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings, such as GST, VAT, income tax, or other local taxes.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and compare them with budgets to identify variances.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices for financial control and management.
- Collaboration:
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and complete financial data.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding financial transactions.
