Job Title: Accountant

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Analyze financial data and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

5. Manage and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.

Requirements:

1. 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with financial reporting and analysis.

2. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
