Accountant

Job overview:

Manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits . Moreover, auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. Providing accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business.

Main Tasks:

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare budget forecasts.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Strong experience in preparing VAT and taxation reports.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Analyze the financial reports and assist in the decision-making.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1 year of work experience as an Accountant in the UAE is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like Zoho.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
  • Good command of English is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
