Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle check-in/check-out processes for service apartment guests.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth reception operations.
Accounts & Administration
- Manage daily cash flow, billing, and payment collections.
- Maintain petty cash and prepare daily expense reports.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and basic financial records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team / auditor for monthly statements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, rentals, and payments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception/front office and accounts.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/Excel/Accounting software.
- Strong communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
