Accountant

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing accounts payable: inputting invoices, reconciling vendor statements and preparing payments
• Processing payroll: inputting hours, changing rates/withholdings/deductions as instructed
• Inputting and reconciling daily sales
• Entering bank transactions and reconciling bank activity and accounts
• VAT filing

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping in cargo field
• Strong familiarity with QuickBooks, and Excel
• Experience handling large volume of invoices
• Experience processing payroll through systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; strong time management skills needed
• Ability to liaison with clients as required; provide excellent customer service and build effective working relationships

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
