- Managing bank deposits and cash flow

• Preparing budget reports and profit and loss statements

• Preparing and compiling financial reports, and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and accounting data

• Analyzing and summarizing the company’s current financial position by collecting data and information

• Calculating taxes and providing tax planning services

• Managing collections and following up on outstanding customer payments

• Managing warehouse inventory

• Ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures

• Maintaining records, ledgers, receipts, and various invoices in an organized manner

• Performing administrative and other tasks as needed
