Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in KSA. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting management with accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, preferably within the trading, contracting, or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (AR, AP, GL).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding collections.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure timely recording of transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, VAT, and other statutory requirements in KSA.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Generate periodic reports to support business decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as an Accountant in KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA accounting standards, VAT, and ZATCA compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
