About Us

KLOUDAC is a leading Accounting, Taxation, and Business Setup firm in the UAE, supporting entrepreneurs and businesses with reliable financial, compliance, and advisory services. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client invoicing , payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
• Record and track expenses , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Project profitability
• Assist in cash flow planning and provide financial insights for management.
• Monitor and track client work progress to ensure deliverables are completed as agreed.
• Handle client-related administrative tasks , including:
• FTA (Federal Tax Authority) registrations and VAT/TAX submissions.
• License renewals, visas, and other regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts and administrative coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and VAT/FTA regulations .
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Ability to multitask and take responsibility for deliverables.
