Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Warehouse Division in Sajjah, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial and inventory records, managing warehouse-related transactions in ERP software, and handling overall warehouse accounts and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain warehouse inventory records in ERP software.
• Manage warehouse petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle complete warehouse accounts and reporting.
• Issue and record GDN (Goods Delivery Note) and GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
• Record and report damages and discrepancies.
• Take care of monthly warehouse bills and related payments.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations in coordination with the operations team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (warehouse or trading company experience preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• UAE Driving License holders will be preferred.
