Job Description

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.

· Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies.

· Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Generate various financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.

· Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

· Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

· Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

· Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

· Implement recommendations from audit findings to improve internal controls and processes.

· Conduct financial analysis to identify variances, trends, and areas for improvement.

· Provide management with insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

· Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company has adequate funds to meet its financial obligations.

· Prepare cash flow forecasts to anticipate future cash needs and make recommendations for cash management strategies.

· Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

· Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.

· To do Collection of payment as and when required.

· To manage Follow-up for payment.

· Maintain stock related entries.

· To manage and handle Export related documentation & other required process.

Job Specification

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

· Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the diamond industry or related sectors.

· Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with knowledge of industry-specific software applications a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make recommendations for improvement.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the diamond industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹31,000.00 per month
