Duties

- Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and identifying their needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, addressing client inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
