1.Ensure that financial statements and records.
2.Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to office.
3.Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
4.Actively Engage in Cost Reduction techniques and increase revenue Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
5.Monitoring spending and budgets.
6.Petty cash management with timely submission of reports to Reporting Manager and Finance team.
7.Maintain financial accounts in Zoho Books/
8.Maintain Voucher Entries, Invoice Entries, Bank & Cash EntriesMaintain Stock Management, Staff Conveyance & Attendance Register.
9.Prepare Salary SlipsManage accounts payable (bill payments,salaries,petty cash etc).
10.To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports.
11.Vendor Payment & collections follow ups.
