Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage all financial aspects of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, reporting, compliance, and payroll while ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Prepare and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS).
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for cost control and revenue improvement.
• Maintain inventory accounting and reconcile stock reports with the kitchen and procurement.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
