Accountant

Looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing ACCA and possess strong working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks, and Microsoft excel. Part qualified ACCA students will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports

Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate data entry

Support with sales tax filings as required

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of accounting experience

ACCA in process (Must have 6 yo 7 exam cleared)

Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks

EXCEL SKILL IS A MUST

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and time management skills
