Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Neelkhand Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger entries.
• Prepare and finalize accounts as per statutory requirements.
• Handle all statutory compliances including TDS, GST, PF, PT, and Salary processing.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate tax computation.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, expense management, and petty cash.
• Support internal and statutory audits with proper documentation.
• Maintain updated financial records and generate periodic reports for management.
• Utilize Tally (latest version), MS Office, and other ERP software for financial transactions and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, PT, payroll, and other compliance matters.
• Proficiency in Tally (latest version), MS Office (Excel, Word), and ERP accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
