Accountant

About Us:
Habico Properties is a leading real estate company in Dubai, known for providing high-quality property services and fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism. We are currently looking for a FEMALE ACCOUNTANT to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions related to real estate operations
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and relevant financial regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE (real estate experience preferred)
• Female candidates only (as per business requirement)
• Proficient in both Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and financial procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
