STRUTT is a fast-growing 360° Travel Lifestyle brand, building innovative travel products for the modern explorer. We design, manufacture, and retail across marketplaces, offline retail, and D2C channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage accounting, financial operations, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage reconciliations across online platforms, oversee vendor and employee payments, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
• Manage billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and employee salaries.
• Compile and file GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in coordination with external consultants.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and cost analysis.
• Oversee marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.) including fees, returns, and deductions.
• Track and analyze cost structures for marketplaces and D2C sales.
• Maintain and update inventory records (raw materials + finished goods).
• Coordinate with operations team for stock movement, inward/outward entries, and monthly physical stock audits.
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter / M.Com preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance; D2C or e-commerce exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, inventory management, and online reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting + inventory software.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data management and analysis.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
