Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses,
payments, receipts).
● Maintain ledgers and voucher entries in accounting software
(Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
● Update and reconcile cash book and petty cash balances.
● Support smooth vendor and customer payment processing.
● Ensure supporting documents are properly checked and filed.
● Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
● Conduct bank reconciliation and highlight discrepancies.
● Follow up on outstanding customer payments with tact and persistence.
● Verify employee reimbursement claims and petty cash settlements.
● Share basic MIS reports with management for better decision-making.
● Assist in preparing trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet schedules.
● Support GST, TDS, PF,ESI and other statutory returns with
consultants/auditors.
● Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure timely settlement.
● Prepare salary inputs and verify payroll-related data.
● Organize and maintain systematic records for audits and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
● minimum 6 to 7 years of experience
● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
● knowledge of GST, TDS, PF,ESI and compliance requirements.
● Attention to detail, accuracy, and discipline in maintaining records.
● Good communication skills to deal with vendors, banks, and auditors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
