ACCOUNTANT

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, a solid foundation in basic accounting principles, and hands-on experience with SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing and payment processes
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel
• Utilize SAP for transaction processing, reporting, and account management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working with SAP ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment
