Job Title: Accountant – Real Estate (Strip Mall)

Role Overview
We are looking for an Accountant to manage the finances of a strip mall in Riffa. The role involves tracking income and expenses, issuing rent invoices, collecting payments, paying bills, and preparing simple monthly reports.

Responsibilities

● Prepare and send monthly rent invoices to tenants.● Record rent collections and follow up on late payments.● Pay utilities, maintenance, and service providers on time.

● Keep clear records of income, expenses, and bank transactions.● Prepare simple monthly financial summaries for management.● Maintain organized lease and payment records.

Requirements

● Experience in accounting or bookkeeping. ● Basic knowledge of accounting software and Excel.● Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
