KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports.
  • Reconcile accounts and financial records.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends.
  • Prepare management financial reports.
  • Manage general ledger accounting.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Conduct monthly and year-end closing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support annual audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Implement internal control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate tax documentation.
  • Assist in budget preparation.
  • Monitor financial transactions.
  • Prepare tax returns and related documents.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.

· 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.

Skills

· Advanced Excel capabilities.

· ERP/Accounting software expertise.

· Financial analysis tools proficiency.

· Budgeting and forecasting skills.

· Tax preparation experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
