Job Title: Accountant

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

• 
  Process invoices weekly with 99% accuracy using a two-bill system specific to Property Management.
• 
  Record Revenue, Credit Card Purchases, and Other Transactions as needed.
• 
  Develop and maintain an understanding of the accounting process to ensure all transactions are recorded with accuracy.
• 
  Become proficient in client software, AppFolio.
• 
  Accurately process transactions in property management client versions of AppFolio.
• 
  Ensure accounting best practices and company policies are maintained.
• 
  Attend and participate in training sessions.
• 
  Maintain the confidentiality of client and customer information.
• 
  Interface with others at all levels (franchisees, associates, and executives) in a professional manner.
• 
  Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• 
  Comfortable with the shift timing of 12pm to 8 pm.

Education & Experience:

• 
  Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree "GED"
• 
  Experience: 1-3 years
