About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong foundation in accounting principles and is eager to grow within a professional and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Operations:

Maintain and update all books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.

Record and verify financial transactions related to sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.

Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Generate MIS reports as per management requirements.

Taxation & Compliance:

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Maintain accurate tax records and coordinate with external auditors.

Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and financial regulations.

Other Responsibilities:

Manage petty cash and expense reimbursements.

Verify and reconcile vendor statements.

Support the finance team during audits and year-end closings.

Assist in implementing process improvements for better financial control.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidates only (preferred for this role).

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
