With a commitment to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients, we are expanding our team , We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including processing bills, generating quotations, and handling general bookkeeping tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Job Responsibilities:

Bill Management:

• Accurately process and record vendor bills and invoices.
• Ensure all bills are properly filed and paid on time.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.

Quotation Creation:

• Prepare and send accurate quotations for potential clients based on provided details.
• Ensure quotations are clear, detailed, and tailored to customer needs.

Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Proficiency with Tally software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
