Role Overview:

The Financial Executive Support will assist the Finance Department in managing day-to-day financial activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting budgeting, reporting, and compliance processes. The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with good knowledge of MS Excel, accounting principles, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Financial Record Management:
  • Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts periodically.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings, such as GST, VAT, income tax, or other local taxes.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and compare them with budgets to identify variances.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and workflows.
  • Implement best practices for financial control and management.
  • Collaboration:
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and complete financial data.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding financial transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CA-Inter (Preferred)
