Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated accountant with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in accordance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
