Designation: Sr. Executive – Accounts / Accounts Officer

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualifications: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Location: Malabar Hill South Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tally Software:

Maintain accurate accounting records and entries using Tally ERP.

2. Documentation & Drafting:

Prepare and draft letters, reports, and accounting-related correspondence in clear and professional English.

3. TDS Entries:

Record, verify, and maintain TDS entries and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.

4. Petty Cash Management:

Handle day-to-day petty cash transactions and maintain proper records and vouchers.

5. Cash & Bank Operations:

Manage daily cash deposition and assist in payment uploads through banking portals.

6. Stock Taking:

Participate in regular stock verification and reconciliation with inventory records.

7. Reporting:

Prepare and submit periodic financial and management reports as per company requirements.

8. Reconciliation:

Perform regular cash, bank, and revenue reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.

9. Accounting Entries:

Post and verify accounting entries related to purchases, sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

10. Payment Processing:

Upload and verify vendor payments and employee reimbursements through the banking system.

11. Ageing Analysis:

Prepare and monitor debtors’ and creditors’ ageing reports to ensure timely collection and payment cycles.

12. Ledger Reconciliation:

Conduct periodic reconciliation of creditors’ ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
