Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile Bank statements, reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Generate Annual Budgets, Assist with budget preparation for support functions,
  • Financial forecasting and periodic reporting for Payables and Receivables
  • Manage payroll processing and related documentation.
  • Handle Salaries for the employees
  • Handle Customer Master, Purchase Orders, Payments from Customers
  • Handle Vendor Master, Invoices and Vendor payments
  • Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT filing and corporate tax submissions.
