Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining transparency in all business financial operations. This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of handling day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, verify, and maintain all financial transactions in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and trial balance.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely vendor and customer payments.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash and fund flow.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with auditors or consultants.
• Support management with budget planning and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for invoice validation and payments.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in inventory valuation and stock audits (if applicable).
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience (F&B, retail, or manufacturing industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
