Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist in preparing accurate reports in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Cash & Bank).
• Prepare and reconcile ledgers, balance sheets, and bank statements.
• Handle vendor and customer invoice processing.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Maintain petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for financial data.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
